At Vana Home, every product is handcrafted with care, making each piece unique. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only in the form of store credit, issued after the returned item passes our quality check.
  • Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and within 7 days of delivery.
  • We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.
  • Certain items, such as custom orders, personalized products, and items purchased on sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Kindly share photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • All orders are processed and shipped from Mumbai, India, and are subject to local laws and jurisdiction.

How to Initiate a Return
